Teamwork - P5

Are you in the same boat, rowing to the same destination, or are you trying to row in a different direction? What would make your “team” stronger?

Exercise 1 - Showing appreciation for your teammate

Write down six expressions of appreciation about your partner. (Be specific: it may be thanking them for what they do, or it may be expressing you’re appreciation for who they are – try to make it a mixture – looking particularly for things you may have come to take for granted.)

For example:

  • I love the way you get on so well with other people.
  • I love the way you ‘re so affectionate towards me.
  • Thank you for working so hard to provide for our future family.
  • I appreciate it a lot that you fill the car up with petrol.
